In compliance of the earlier orders passed by this Court, the Chief Judicial Magistrate Hardoi has sent a report dated 20.02.2025. We have gone through the said report sent by the C.J.M. Hardoi wherein it has been stated that the sole appellant- Ramakant Yadav had died during the pendency of the Appeal. The statements of the Village Pradhan, the Sub Inspector of the Police Station concerned and also of the son of the appellant, have been enclosed to the said report. Since the sole appellant- Ramakant Yadav, has died during the pendency of the Appeal, the instant Appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated. Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as having been abated.
