The husband of the petitioner is said to have died on drowning on 10.02.2023. The petitioner claims benefit under the State Disaster Response Fund in terms of the Government Order dated 09.06.2021. 3. It is said that the claim has been raised through the Lekhpal and is pending consideration before the opposite party no. 2. 4. The petitioner has submitted an application before the District Magistrate, Barabanki, a copy of which is annexed with the writ petition. 5. Let the District Magistrate, Barabanki take a cognizance of the same, get the facts verified and if the petitioner is entitled to the benefit claimed, extend the same to her. If not then communicate a reasoned decision. Let this exercise be completed within a period of three months. 6. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of. .
