Ambedkar Nagar wherein it has been stated that the sole appellant- Ram Araj Tewari S/o Prag Dutt Tewari, had died during the pendency of the Appeal. The statements of the Villagers and also of Omkar Patel, the Sub Inspector of the Police Station concerned, have been enclosed to the said report. Since the sole appellant- Ram Araj Tewari S/o Prag Dutt Tewari, has died during the pendency of the Appeal, the instant Appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated.
