Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the State-respondent. Learned standing counsel on the basis of written instructions has submitted that respondent no.5-Neetu Sharma has been selected who has secured 13.86 marks on merit whereas the petitioner has secured 12.402 marks and, therefore, the petitioner has been outscored by the selected candidate namely, Neetu Sharma. The written instructions provided by learned standing counsel are taken on record. Perused the record.
