This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 10.01.2025 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Banglore in Application No.24/2025 vide Annexure-A. The said writ petition has been initiated since no stay was granted by Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Bangalore. But, in this writ proceedings, stay has been granted.
2. Sri. Shashank and Sri. Satish K, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. B. Ravindranath, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 are present before the Court physically.
3. The SLP proceeding is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. But, the main proceeding in Application

No.24/2025 is pending before the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.
4. The aforesaid proceeding has been initiated by the applicant therein, who is the petitioner herein, seeking for stay of the operation of the impugned order dated 31.12.2024 passed by respondent No.2 bearing No.EV(1)-35/2024-25, E.No.49305 vide Annexure-A7.
5. The operative portion of the aforesaid order indicates that the prayer for interim relief of stay of the impugned order under Annexure-A7, was rejected and the main application was posted for hearing on 16.01.2025.
6. Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate for respondents, we are of the considered opinion that delving into the detail about the issues between the petitioner and respondents in this writ petition does not arise and this writ petition be disposed of only on the basis of
submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate for respondents.

7. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter relating to Application No.24/2025 which is pending, this writ petition is hereby disposed of.
8. Keeping in view the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is deemed appropriate that the interim order granted in this matter, shall be extended till the disposal of pending proceeding in Application No.24/2025, after giving an opportunity to both sides.
9. All contentions on all aspects of the matter are kept open.
10. Consequent upon disposal of this writ petition, if any pending applications are there in this matter, the same stands
disposed of.
