State of J&K and Ors.) vide which the Writ Court while issuing notice to the respondents had also directed the respondent-authorities to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner. The statement of facts filed on behalf of the respondents shows that pursuant to the order dated November 11, 2013 (ibid.), the claim of the petitioner was considered and vide order dated July 28, 2014, passed by the respondent No. 1, his grievance was redressed. Not only that, vide a subsequent order dated May 17, 2018, the main case (SWP No. 2390 of 2013) itself was disposed of the Writ Court.
