Learned counsel for the petitioner offers to deposit 25% of the due amount which according to Mr. Manish Jauhari, learned counsel for Electricity Corporation is Rs. 37,90,933/-, within ten days . 3. Subject to aforesaid deposit, the opposite parties shall restore the electricity connection of the petitioner forthwith. 4. In view of the aforesaid, as the complaint of the petitioner is already pending before the District Consumer Forum, Faizabad where at present the quorum is not complete as informed, we see no reason to proceed any further, but, dispose of this petition in the aforesaid terms. The dispute will now be settled by District Consumer Forum as per law at the earliest. 5. Counsel for the opposite parties does not have any objection to this order.
