The petitioner was earlier included in the list of eligible persons for grant of benefit under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, but, subsequently on an inquiry being got conducted it was found that she has a pucca house, therefore, her name has not been included in the list of eligible persons for the year 2024-25. Learned standing counsel has instructions to that effect. 3. We cannot enter into such questions of fact. Petitioner may approach the concerned authority i.e. Chief Development Officer and establish before him that she is eligible for the benefit along with supporting proof whereupon the said authority, unless the matter has already been inquired, can consider the grievance of the petitioner. We have not adjudicated the issue as to whether the petitioner is entitled to the benefit or not. 4. The writ petition is disposed of.
