Considering the fact that the interim application is pending, the authority concerned is directed to pass order on the interim application expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. It is also directed that the authority shall endeavour to decide the complaint expeditiously. 4. The petition is disposed off in the above terms.
