This petition seeks issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus for directing the opposite party to ensure fair impartial and proper investigation of Case Crime No. 034 of 2025, under Sections 110, 118(1), 351(2), 352, 115(1) of B.N.S., at Police Station Gurubux, District Rae Bareli, against the opposite party No.. 4 to 5. It is further prayed that transfer the investigation of the present case to other investigating agency likewise STF/CBI/Crime Branch or CB CID, in the interest of justice. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, states that in this case, charge sheet has been submitted on 25.04.2025 in the court. 4. In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed. 5.
