After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. However, he would submit that the applicant is in jail since 05.02.2023 and till date only 08 witnesses have been examined, therefore, the learned trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial. 3. The submission made by learned counsel for the applicant is not opposed by the State counsel. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 05.02.2023 and an statement has been made by learned counsel for the applicant that only 08 witnesses have been examined till date, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the case and shall make all endeavor to conclude the same as early as possible. 5.
