In this petition, the petitioner is seeking a writ of certiorari to quash order No.599-B of 2015 dated 25.08.2015 passed by the State Board of School Education, which the petitioner alleges has been passed by ignoring the seniority of the petitioner. 2. Mr.B.S.Bali, learned counsel for the State Board of School Education submits that as per his information, during pendency of this petition, the petitioner has passed away. Sr. No. 05 2 3. If that be the position, there is no effort made by anybody to move an application for substitution of legal heirs in place of the petitioner.
