The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Korra P.S. Case No. 137/2019 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 15/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 15(c), 20(b)(ii)(c) & 22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, NDPS Act, Hazaribagh. 3. On 25.08.2019, Korra police intercepted an Alto car bearing registration No. JH02S-8604 from a place near Sindur Chowk, N.H-33, Hazaribagh and recovered about 30 kgs. of doda from the said vehicle. 4. It was submitted that petitioner was neither apprehended at spot nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co- accused who was apprehended at spot. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, Hazaribagh in connection with Korra P.S.
