It has been stated in the application that copy of the impugned judgment dated 02.12.2024 was applied by the counsel of the applicant on 14.1.2025 and the same was delivered on 24.2.2025. Thereafter the legal opinion was sought so as to determine future course of action and thus the matter was examined at various levels and in this process delay of 74 days has occurred. 2. The reasons as assigned in the application are plausible and reasonable. 3. In view of the averments made in the application which are duly supported by an a+davit and keeping in view the fact that the learned counsel for the non-applicant has no objection in case delay is condoned, the present application is allowed and delay of 74 days in "ling the appeal is condoned.
