The petitioner's application for grant of tube well electricity connection is pending consideration before the opposite party No.3. It is informed that there is some objection by the adjacent bhumidhar and some civil suit is pending against the petitioner filed by the said bhumidhar, however, it is asserted that there is no temporary injunction therein. Let the opposite party No.3 take a decision on the application of the petitioner as per law, but, with expedition, say, within four weeks after considering the objections, if any, of the said bhumidhar or private person and while doing so, if there is some report submitted as claimed by the petitioner, copy of which is annexed as annexure No.13 to the Writ Petition, then the same shall also be taken into consideration.
