This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Appellate Court to decide the said appeal at an early date. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the appeal was filed on 06.06.2016 and period of more than eight years have gone by. 6. Having regard to time spent after filing of appeal, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner, Garhwal Division to decide Appeal No. 06 of 2015-16, within nine months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
