Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the opposite parties, specially opposite party no.2 and 3 to consider the case of petitioner for fee refund and scholarship during study period of the petitioner for regular L.L.B. course from Maa Vaishno Devi Law Collage Faizabad Road, Chinhat Lucknow as per provisions of the government Notification enacted at the time of the admission of the petitioner." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already represented before the respondent no. 5, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 5 to decide the fresh representation, which may be filed by the petitioner along with the copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation raising his grievance before the respondent no. 5.
