The present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that in terms of the order passed on 08.04.2025 by the DRT, certain amounts have been deposited, however, for the balance, sometime is required. 4. Considering the fact that an order has been passed by the DRT, the petitioner is at liberty to move an application for extension of time before the DRT. In case such an application is filed, the same shall be considered by the DRT in accordance with law. 5. The writ petition stands disposed off with the said observations.
