The petitioner challenges a relationship certificate issued by ADM (Finance and Revenue), Amethi which was issued on the application of his uncle. 3. We see no reason to adjudicate the validity of the said certificate which is only for a monetary limit of Rs. 5000/-. Petitioner may approach the same Officer who has issued the said certificate, if it has been erroneously issued, seeking its cancellation or may approach the competent Court seeking succession certificate under the statutory provisions which will in any case will supersede the said certificate. 4.
