1. THE ADVOCATE GENERAL The Court made the following Order: (per Hon’ble Sri Justice R. Raghunandan Rao)
Learned Special Government Pleader, in the office of the Learned Advocate General, on instructions, submits that the detenue has not been detained or arrested. He would also submit that a notice, under Section 35(3) of BNSS, has been served on the detenue, who is not under any kind of detention. This notice is said to have been served, in Crime No.70 of 2025, registered with the Narasaraopet Rural police station.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute these facts.

3. In the circumstances, nothing further survives in this Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner or the detenue to agitate their rights in an appropriate forum. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
