JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 19/08/2025 1. This petition was registered on a letter sent by Smt. Pushpa Sharma, mentioning therein that her father Late Shri Hari Lal was appointed as Electric Fitter in respondents-Deppartment and rendered services for 27 years, however only on account of penalty of removal from service, no benefits were given to her father, who also died in the year 1974. It was further mentioned that on account of death of her father, her mother was having no means to maintain herself and was in a destitute condition therefore, a request was made to direct the respondents to extend some monetary help to her mother. 2. After treating the letter as petition, reply was filed on behalf of respondents, in which it was made clear that father of the letter Petitioner challenged the penalty order by way of filing [2025:RJ-JP:32339] (2 of 2) [CW-4908/2005] civil suit which was also dismissed vide judgment and decree dated 22.02.1974. 3. It has also been informed that even mother of letter Petitioner, for whom ex-gratia amount was sought by the petitioner, has also passed away in the year 2009. 4. In view of above, no cause of action to pursue the writ petition survives and the writ petition filed by the petitioner is hereby dismissed. (ANAND SHARMA),J NEERU/14
