The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Civil Judge (JD) Utraula, Balrampur to decide the application filed under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC (temporary injunction) filed in Case No. 03/2023, "Safiya Vs. Varis Ali & another", suit for cancellation of sale deed and permanent injunction, expeditiously as early as possible, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
