By means of this petition, the petitioners have assailed the order dated 17.03.2025 passed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Malihabad, District- Lucknow (in short 'S.D.O.') in Suit No.4725/2024. 3. The remedy of appeal is available to the petitioners in the Statute itself, i.e. U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (in short 'Code 2006'). Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition and the same is disposed of without interfering in the impugned order dated 17.03.2025 with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy as available under law.
