(Oral) Though it is apparent from the pleadings adduced on record by the respective parties that petitioner herein, who is a Class- IV employee, has already completed normal tenure of posting at present place of posting, but once it is not in dispute that he is set to superannuate on 31.12.2025, this Court taking note of provisions contained in the Transfer Policy formulated by the Government of Himachal Pradesh, which has been adopted by HPSEB Ltd, wherein specific provision has been made not to transfer the employee having less than two years to retire, deems it fit to dispose of the present petition by making interim order dated 13.07.2023 absolute, as a result thereof, petitioner shall not be transferred from present place of posting till the age of his superannuation. Impugned order dated 2 13.07.2023 is quashed and set aside qua the petitioner. Ordered accordingly. March 10, 2025 (Sandeep Sharma), (sunil) Judge
