This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the operation and effect of First Information Report dated 16.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0119/2025, under Sections 115(2), 127(2), 140(2), 309(4), 356(2), 352 of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3 (5) and 66 IT Act, Police Station Tadiyavan, District Hardoi. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate Court as permissible under the law.
