PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: This Criminal Petition, u/Sec.480 & 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A7, seeking bail, in Crime No.46/2025 of Bheemunipatnam Police Station, Visakhapatnam Commissionerate. A case has been registered against the petitioner and others for the offence punishable u/Sec.310(2) of B.N.S. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State. 2. 3. 2 that, the defacto complainant is a Srikakulam District. Thereafter A1 and threatened him took cash of Rs.40,000/- from phonepe app threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences not to and left him. A1 to A7 hatched a plan the isolated place and robbed money, complainant, the above said crime 3 was registered and investigated into. During the course of investigation, the petitioner was remanded to judicial custody on 24.01.2025. Heard. Perused the record. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that investigation in this case was completed charge sheet was also filed before the Court concerned. The petitioner has no antecedents and submitted that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the facts of the present petition stands on the same footing as that of A4 and A4 was granted bail by this Court vide orders in Crl.P.No.2031 of 2025 dated 27.3.2025 and to allow the Criminal Petition. After careful observation of the material on record and submissions made on behalf of both sides, it shows that the petitioner has been in judicial custody from 24.01.2025 and investigation is completed, charge sheet also filed and as stated by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has no antecedents. This Court found that further detention of the petitioner is not required as charge sheet is filed. This Court has perused the order in Crl.P.No.2031 of 2025 dated 27.3.2025 in which A4 was granted bail by this Court in this Crime and the facts of the present petition stands on the same footing as that of A4 to this petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner has permanent abode and there is no possibility of her fleeing away from justice. Considering the entire material on record, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with some conditions. 5. 6. prays 8. was } 4 9.
