Civil Judge, Junior Division, Rae Bareli to decide the Application filed by the Petitioners under Order 22 Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 filed in Regular Suit No. 2870 of 2022 titled as "Brijendra Kumar & Ors. vs. Neel Kumar Gupta & Ors." as well the entire suit proceedings of Regular Suit No. 2870 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law, in the interest of justice." 3.
