Issue an order or Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing first respondent to issue necessary directions to second respondent as well as respondents 3 and 4 not to entertain frivolous complaints filed by respondents 5 to 7 seeking recovery of money against the petitioner. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. The petitioner is seeking the relief against respondents No.2 to 4 not to entertain the complaints filed by - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:1755 WP No. 973 of 2021 the respondents 5 to 7 seeking recovery of money from him. Such a prayer cannot be accorded in the writ petition. I decline to exercise power under Writ jurisdiction. The Writ Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. 5.
