Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing counsel for the respondents. The petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "i. .Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the selection of opposite party no.6 on the post of 'Anganbari Karyakatri, after summoning the original from the opposite parties as such the same has been given in violation of Government Order dated 21.03.2023 and against the direction issued by the Hon'ble High Court in Writ-A No.3371/2025 (Chandani Pandey Versus State of U.P. and others). ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties to consider the candidature of petitioner for appointment on the post of Anganbari Karyakatri in Gram Panchayat/Ward Amir Nagar, Block Kumbhigola, District Kheri." After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation raising his grievances to respondent no. 5, with a direction to decide the same within a stipulated period. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before respondent no. 5 within two weeks from today and in case, such a representation is submitted, the same shall be decided by respondent no. 5 within a further period of four weeks by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
