Heard. 2. The petitioner seeks issuance of ration card under the National Food Security Act. 3. Learned standing counsel has instructions to inform the Court that in view of Government Order dated 06.06.2005 only 127031 ration cards can be issued in a district which have already been issued, therefore, the petitioner cannot be issued such ration card. 4. The Government Order dated 06.06.2005 is not under challenge. We, therefore, cannot interfere in the matter. 5. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek such remedies as may be permissible in law.
