The present petition has been filed with the prayer to direct to the Civil Judge Senior Judge (C.D.), Court no. 20, Barabanki to decide the suit for permanent injunction on dated 12.11.2020 in case no. 400/2020 computer case no. UPBB050007472020, (Guru Prasad and another vs. Jai Kumar Jain and another) which is pending before the Civil Judge Senior Judge (C.D.), Court no. 20, Barabanki on dated 12.11.2020, expeditious as possible within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble court. 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court.
