The instant petition has been preferred seeking following main relief(s):- "Issue direction to decide the case no. 4392/2023 computerized no. T202304680304392 under title GaonSabhaVsKamlesh Giri under section 67 U.P. Revenue Code 2006 pending before opposite party no. 2 expeditiously in the interest of Justice." Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the main relief sought in this petition, quoted above, as well as the language couched under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 2/Tehsildar, Tehsil- Lambhua, District- Sultanpur to consider and decide the case, in issue, indicated in prayer clause, quoted above, most expeditiously after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties to the litigation and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either party preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed in the case, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
