N CRIMINAL PETITION No.3462 OF 2025 ORDER: 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were arraigned as A.1 to A.3 in C.C. No.3609 of 2024 on the file of the Court of Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Guntur, for the offence punishable under Section 85 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. It is submitted that petitioners 2 and 3 are the parents of the 1stpetitioner/A.1. The 1st petitioner and the 2nd respondent were married on 24.05.2014 and that after marriage were staying separately. It is further submitted that petitioners 2 and 3 never interfered in the family life of the 1st petitioner and the 2nd respondent. The parents of the 1st petitioner were arraigned as accused, though there are no specific allegations against them. 4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose off the criminal petition by dispensing with the presence of the petitioners 2 and 3 in C.C. No.3609 of 2024 on the file of the Court of Special Judicial -3- CRL.P. No.3462 OF 2025 Magistrate of First Class, Guntur, subject to filing an undertaking to appear before the learned Magistrate as and when required for the purpose of trial. 5.
