4. The present Criminal Revision has been preferred against the order dated 01.12.2021, passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Dehradun, in Case No. 340 of 2021, Smt. Arti Rawat and Another Vs. Sunil Singh Rawat, whereby as an interim maintenance, Rs. 6,000/- per month was granted to the wife.
5. Now, learned counsel for the parties have submitted that suit has been finally decided and, as such, cause of action does not survive.
6. Accordingly, in view of the above submission, the present criminal revision stands dismissed, as having been rendered infructuous.
