To direct the opposite party no. 1, to decide Original Suit bearing no. 197 of 2017 (Kirshna Kumar and others Vs. Vidya Singh) expeditiously in a time bound manner, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, the trial Court is directed to expedite the hearing and try to conclude the proceedings in accordance with law without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the party. 4.
