The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned order dated 26.07.2023 passed by opposite party no. 2/ Deputy Commissioner, Labour Employment, Gonda, letter no. 1791 (contained as Annexure No. 1) to this writ petition." 3. The Anneuxure No. 1, which is sought to be disposed of was a complaint of a general nature made with regard to appointment of persons under the MGNREGA. The petitioner has failed to demonstrate any right of the petitioner having been violated. 4. In view thereof, no writ at the instance of the petitioner can be issued.
