Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers :- "(I). To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties particularly opposite party no 2 and 3 to provide the petitioner's first year scholarship and fee reimbursement money of the year 2018-2019 which is not been received till date by the petitioner in respect of her application registration no-270240201800352 annexed here as Annexure No-3 to this petition, in the interest of justice. (II) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing to Opposite Party No. 2 i.e. Director Social Welfare Department to consider and decide the representation of petitioner dated 29.03.2025 (contained as Annexure No.- 1), within stipulated period of time." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already represented before the respondent no. 2, the respondent no. 2 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks. 4.
