A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner had attained superannuation on 30.04.2023. However, his surrender leave salary was not paid, due to paucity of fund. The petitioner has sent a representation on 20.02.2025, seeking the above said benefits. So far, there is no response from the authorities, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.
