The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not deposited the amount as directed by the XII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam in Crl.M.P.No.26 of 2024 on the last date of hearing i.e., on 24.03.2025. Further, the petitioner’s counsel was not present, and as such the petitioner was unable to comply with the directions of the learned Judge. 2 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to deposit the amount as directed by the learned Judge and seeks time for the same. 4. Considering the submissions, the petitioner is granted time to comply with the orders passed by XII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam in Crl.M.P.No.26 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.70 of 2024, dated 24.12.2024. The petitioner is directed to deposit the amount on or before 05.05.2025. 5. With these observations, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 6.
