The instant writ application has been filed seeking the following main relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus direction the Opposite Party No.3, Consolidation Officer, Gonda to comply with the Order dated 09.10.2024 passed by the Opposite Party No.2, Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Gonda on the application moved by the petitioner for demarcation of Gata No.763, Area- 89 Decimal dismal, situated at village-Naubasta, Pargana-Mahadeva, Tehsil-Tararbganj, District-Gonda as contained in Annexure No. 4 to this writ petition." Shri Hemant Kumar Pandey, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents, based upon instructions dated 21.04.2025 provided by Consolidation Officer, Old Gonda, which is taken on record, states that the procedure provided under Section 24 would be initiated with effect from 25.04.2025 and accordingly, no adjudication is required in the instant case. The aforesaid statement, based upon instruction, has not been opposed. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of in terms of instructions dated 25.04.2025 provided by Consolidation Officer, Old Gonda placed before this Court.
