GP FOR SERVICES IV The Court made the following: ORDER: Petitioner assails the impugned order vide proceedings Rc.No.APVVP- 12028/126/2021/MEDICAL dated 31.03.2023 of the 4th respondent suspending him from service as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had been reinstated into service and disciplinary proceedings against him were also dropped. Therefore, the cause in the writ petition rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
