By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "i) A writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned Letter dated 1-3-2025 letter no.2024- 25/13015 served upon the petitioner on E-Mail message on 7-3- 2-25 contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition in the interest of justice. ii) A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding and directing the opposite parties no.2 and 3 to consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically by considering the representation dated 11-3-2025 and pass fresh order in the interest of justice." After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent that the representation of the petitioner may be directed to be decided by respondent no.3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Perused the record. Considering the above, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh representation to respondent no.3 i.e. Chief Medical Officer, Shajanpur within two weeks' from today. If the petitioner submits a fresh representation, the respondent no.3 shall decide the same within four weeks' thereafter, by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
