By this petition, the petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of the order passed by this Court on 14.10.2015, in SWP No. 794/2002 titled “Mohammad Arif Khan vs. State and Ors”, whereby the respondents were directed to issue appointment letter to the petitioner as Fireman within a period of four weeks from the date of order subject to his being medically fit for the said post and in case, for any reason whatsoever, it is found to be impossible to appoint the petitioner as Fireman on account of medical grounds or otherwise, it would be open to the respondents to adjust the petitioner against any other appropriate post. Against the said order LPA was preferred which was dismissed by order dated 24.11.2016, constraining the respondents to file SLP before the Supreme Court. 2. Therefore, there remains nothing to be adjudicated upon in this petition. It is, accordingly, closed. (Moksha Khajuria Kazmi) Judge JAMMU 20.12.2025 Manik Sr. No. 16
