It is a revised call. None appears for the applicant even on revised call. 2. Mr. V.S. Pal, learned AGA assisted by Mr. Rakesh Negi and Mr. Prabhat Kandpal, learned Brief Holders for the State. 3. Present applicant–Mohd Sahir is seeking bail in relation to First Information Report dated 18.11.2024 bearing Case Crime No.0326 of 2024, wherein, the present applicant has been implicated for the offences punishable under Sections 96, 137(2) of the BNS, Police Station Sahaspur, District Dehradun. 4. It is contended in the bail application that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated; the applicant and the victim were known to each other through a social media platform, i.e. instagram, and both were in touch since 09 Months. 5. As per the FIR dated 18.11.2024, the daughter of the informant left the house on scooty to purchase a copy, and, thereafter, the informant received a message from her daughter that she has parked the scooty at Dharmawala Chowk, and, subsequently her mobile was found to be switched off. 6. After investigation, the daughter of the complainant was recovered from the custody of present applicant. 7. Detailed objection has been filed by the prosecution. The statement of the victim is also enclosed as Annexure No.8 and as per her statement, she, in fact, supports the case of prosecution. 8. It is informed that the charge sheet has yet not been filed, and, furthermore, the age of the daughter of the complainant is 15 years. 9. After taking into consideration that the victim was minor and she was missing for 2-3 2025:UHC:1257 days; subsequently recovered from the custody of the applicant; not only this, during this period, the applicant also took the daughter of the complainant in Jammu and Kashmir, and the investigation is going on, this Court is of the view that the applicant is not entitled to be released on bail. 10.
