CMP No.29778 of 2025 & CMP No.32755 of 2025 The instant applications under Section 151 of CPC have been filed by the applicants/respondents No.2, 4 & 5, namely Sada Ram, Sohan Lal and Mahinder Pal in CMP No.29778 of 2025 and applicants/respondents No.1, 3(i) to 3(v) & 6, namely Jia Lal, Roshan Lal, Jagdish Chand, Roop Lal, Bago Devi, Soma Devi and Premi Devi, for release of entire compensation amount alongwith up-to-date interest in their favour, as per their shares, as lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. The applications are duly supported with the affidavits of all the applicants. Despite repeated opportunities, no reply has been filed by the non-applicants/State. At this stage learned Deputy Advocate General, stated that no SLP has been filed till date against the judgment dated 27.05.2025, passed by this Court. Heard. Having perused the averments made in the applications, which are duly supported with the affidavits of all the applicants coupled with the fact that the no SLP has been filed against the judgment passed by this Court till date and the same has attained finality, hence, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the entire amount of compensation alongwith up-to-date interest, as lying deposited in the Registry of this Court in favour of all the applicants/respondents, strictly as per their respective shares, after proper verification and identification, by remitting the same to their respective saving bank accounts, details whereof have been mentioned in Para- 6 of CMP No.29778 of 2025 and Para-9 of CMP No.32755 of 2025.
