Accordingly, this petition is ordered and condition No.7(iv) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.5961 of 2025, dated 01.04.2025, is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent-Police weekly once (i.e., on Sunday) at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
