Application No.I.A./1/2025) 1. This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the Review Application. 2. This Review Application has been filed with a delay of 224 days praying for review of our order dated 06.08.2024. 3. In the affidavit filed in support of the application for condonation of delay, it has been stated that initially the petitioner had filed Writ-C No.1691 of 2022: Agya Ram Yadav and Another Vs. State of U.P. and others, before this Court for a direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of the order dated 18.01.2022 passed by the Executive Engineer, P.W.D. Balrampur by means of which the representation of the petitioner was rejected. 4. The petitioner thereafter entered into a compromise with one Mohd. Javed Akhtar, the private respondent, who filed the counter affidavit saying that he had no objection if compensation is paid by the State Respondent to the petitioner. 5. The Court thereafter passed an order on 06.08.2024 directing the petitioner to approach the Land Acquisition Officer Balrampur with a direction that he shall verify the compromise. 6. In pursuance of the order passed by this Court, the Land Acquisition Officer Balrampur passed an order on 09.10.2024 saying that Gata No.930/0.9430 hectare was not acquired by the Government, nor there is any proposal to acquire the same. Also, that Executive Engineer P.W.D. Balrampur had acquired the land for constructing Sundar Ghat Bridge. 7. The petitioner moved an application for modification of order dated 06.08.2024 which was rejected as not maintainable by this Court on 04.04.2025. The petitioner thereafter was advised to file a review application praying for review of order dated 06.08.2024. 8. There is no intentional delay in filing of the Review Application and it is liable to be condoned. 9. We condone the delay in filing the Review Application. It shall be treated to have been filed within time. Order on Review Application 1. This is an application for review of our order dated 06.08.2024 and we find no good ground to review the same. 2. There is no error apparent on the face of the record. 3. The Review Application stands rejected.
