Case Page No.# 2/2 No. 446/2025 and has submitted that the petitioner, namely, Mousumi Saikia has produced the Case Diary and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has cooperated in the investigation. 2. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the interim bail granted to the petitioner, by order dated 04.06.2025 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. (i) and (ii) attached to the said order remaining intact. 3. Send back the Case Diary. 4. With the above observations, this anticipatory bail application is accordingly disposed of.
