Compliance report stands filed by the respondents, wherein it is stated that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and rejected being devoid of merit, in terms of order dated 05.02.2019. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the contempt petition, as such, the proceedings in the instant petition are closed.
