An undertaking in the shape of affidavit filed by learned counsel for the petitioner and receipt of articles received from Ayan Khan by Ms. Sania Islam filed by learned counsel for the parties are taken on record. 2. In deference to the order dated 22.05.2025, corpus Smt. Sania Islam and the deponent Ayan Khan are present in person, who have been identified by their counsel. 3. Ms. Sania Islam states that she has received all articles mentioned in the receipt submitted today and has deleted the video from the mobile of Ayan Khan. She further states that she could not find some video in the mobile of Ayan Khan, in regard to which the deponent has given an undertaking that he will delete the same in case it is found in his mobile subsequently and shall not misuse it in any manner. She further states that since all her articles with Ayan Khan have been received by her and she is residing happily with her mother with her sweetwill and volition, this petition may be dismissed. To which, there is no objection by Ayan Khan the deponent and learned counsel for the parties. 4. In view of above, the petition is dismissed. 5. Out of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the deponent, Rs.15,000/- shall be released in favour of the corpus and the remaining Rs.10,000/- shall be returned to the deponent which shall be transferred in their accounts on furnishing the account details after verification.
